Southern Ohio Networking Group Administrative Policies

1. Membership fees are $75.00 / six months or $140.00 / year. We accept cash, check or money order only. This is a non-profit group. All monies will be applied toward group activities and necessary supplies.
2. SONG is dominated by imaginative professionals who maintain a consistent positive vision of the future. We are hard working, trustworthy professionals that are interested in developing referral-based word of mouth business.
3. Membership fees are payable 30 days prior to the due date. You will be notified when you membership needs to be renewed. Members who do not pay their dues on time are subject to a late fee of $15.00.
4. Fees are non-refundable. A certificate of credit can be issued upon request to members who are in good standing.
5. Fees cannot be transferred from one person to another unless the fees paid are for another person in the same company.
6. SONG has a policy on returned checks. A member has three working days in which to contact SONG Officers to resolve the matter. Any returned check will be assessed a minimum charge of $25.00 and any other costs incurred by the bank.
7. SONG is a non-profit group that reserves the right to discontinue a member’s participation in the program at any time.
